  Customer service is awful here got a shoe at another location wanted to exchange for a different size here as they said they had it. Arrived to a line up on both sides one person on cash 2 on the floor so unorganized. The shoe was put aside for me and very rude "Owen" obnoxiously implied I must buy shoe cleaner or go to the bathroom and clean the bottom of the shoe. Which for the record I wore from another mall and home but cleaned prior to arrival and was literally the next day since purchasing so barely marked. He is so difficult to find in the store when I returned I had to wait yet again and he even muffled stupid idiots to 2 guys who asked him a question after they left you work retail buddy stop trying to act like your a CEO.

  I seldom leave reviews, except for this time. I had a huge mishap between the SQ 1 location and this store due to receiving the right size but wrong gendered shoe *eye roll* I tried to exchange at SQ 1 and was told I couldn't because it would mess up their inventory and had to return to the original store where I received the wrong shoe. 3 hours later I arrived at this location and was helped out by a wonderful young woman (I didn't get her name unfortunately!) I was met by incredible customer service and care; she profusely apologized on behalf of the store and company. She made the whole process very smooth and had me laughing too! Please continue to hire people who have the same energy as she does. And give this girl a raise!!

  horrible service, sales person on the floor seemed bothered when i asked him for size i needed, went in the back to check very unpleasant came back with the wrong style of shoes, brought me shoes that cost 50. more than the ones i asked for... I mentioned to the cashier that wrong shoes were brought out and she didnt seem to care much. She shrugged her shoulders and said do you want these. didnt even care to get the right ones. overall bad service from all the staff in the store . Will never shop at that location again. Hire people that actually care about clients.
