    Worst place to visit. I recently visit this place before they close the doors I ran from lot to go in to pay bills. When i arrive at teller.this fat Indian lady with glasses didn't even say HI or if she can help me .only thing she said oh you have asthma! ! Like wtf??unprofessional and lazy old junkies sitting behind teller talking always.. they don't even look happy to see customers walking in.and definitely no knowledge how to response to us timers questions. Advise .stay away from this junky place or change your bank .which I'm doing 1st thing on monday

    Do not do banking with RBC ever they are the worst people for banking and the worst bank for your money and your account. Worst customer service. Go for TD Canada Trust or Scotiabank they are both way better than stupid RBC. I wish i could give negative ratings for this bank.
