  I went to this dealership to check out a car, 1st time I was with someone who witnessed the entire thing. The sales guy kept telling me to check out 2-3 cars that were within my budget, ok cool, no problem right.

  Now, so far I have only mentioned 2 things the alignment and the paint job, I havnt gotten into the tires, stains on fabric, brakes and much more. Anyway they were trying to sell this used piece of junk for $6000.00, then tried to talk me into taking it AS IS for $5000.00 or maybe $4500.00. Remember it already had claims on it, not a clean car at all, the CLAIMS ON IT WERE WORTH MORE THAN THE CAR WAS WORTH @ $6000.00, just to give an idea of these claims. I could not believe this guy tried to sell me this garbage for $4500 - $5000 AS IS, NO SAFETY or anything, he wanted me to do everything myself.

  You cannot believe what a true piece of garbage this guy tried to sell me. The mechanic found all kinds of problems with it.

  Then we took the car for a test drive, check this out. While we are driving on the street and highway, the car keeps leaning to the right, if you let go of the steering wheel even for a second, its to the right, you must constantly hold the wheel to steer it - so this is the alignment right, ok.

  They told us they had a car proof report, then couldn't find it, then changed the story and said they sold the car already that we just test drove. Car was still posted for sale weeks later. Glad we didn't give them our business.

  For me I bought a much better car for less, I am so happy with the vehicle I bought based on my mechanic opinion, SOMEWHERE ELSE, I would NEVER recommend Brampton Used Cars on Van Kirk or at any other address to anyone instead I have told everyone about my experiences with this place

  Definitely a one star rating . Customer Service is everything. Went to dealership to shop for a car .. the sales rep are terrible , was there for an hour and was not acknowledge by a single sales rep. 2 business days water I even called to get details on the car I was interested in. Two different sales rep told me over the phone that the car I'm interested is not on the lot they've never had one. Explained to both sales rep that I have a picture of the vehicle I'm calling about they still were certain that specific car was not on the lot. After realizing the vehicle I've been inquring about is sitting right there on the lot ; no apology was given. Anyhow then asked for price and km the sales man told me those details. I then asked what's wrong with it the sales man told me I don't know way to many cars on the lot to keep track . Ok completely understandable, but I do know is that every car price km and pros and cons details is logged. The sales rep have no interest on helping but wants potential customer to spend their money - NO WAY. This company has failed at meeting THE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS

  He kept pointing us in the direction of this about 10 year old burgundy red ford (either a fusion or focus) . This is the best one for your budget he kept telling us, so being the person I am I went back there a 2nd time to check out cars with my own mobile mechanic.

  BELIEVE me when I say watch yourself with this dealership, the mark-up is high for garbage cars, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THE VIN # AND CHECK IT, I'm telling you check the car because it likely is not a clean car at all, if you dont mind that, then @ least make sure they safety the car, because they wont if you dont do your due diligence .

  When my mechanic used his equipment, he found that the car did not have original paint and asked why has this car been painted, Sales guy "Oh no I think this is the original paint, I dont think its been painted before' (lie #1)

  If you are someone that buys a car here, please read the fine print on your agreement, you are likely to have problems with your car and they likely wont fix it because you signed off on it - BUYER BEWARE!

  Imagine this - this car already had 3 claims on it, three, and not small fender benders either, claims worth $1000's, so we are talking accidents. Sales guy 'forgot' to mention this and it took him a long time to get the car proof too. No wonder the car had been repainted.

  My mechanic spoke to me privately and let me know that he knows another dealership that has vehicles in better condition for a lower price because the mark-up is not so high and they value their reputation.
