  I clearly see why your 1 star rating is higher than your 5 star!! I had rental booked at this HORRIBLE location only because it was convenient. I booked with my company's discount code only to be 1. Ignored on entering 2. Then being spoken to in the most dismissive manner 3. Given every reason under the sun I couldn't use the code (even AFTER speaking to the executive office at my company) 4. The reason I couldn't use the code changed everytime they were given a legitimate answer from bith myself and the head office 5. Told they couldn't believe a call to my phone was from the company - so had the company call them directly on their phone so they could see it was exactly the same. Then explained that they just didn't want to give me the car. Absolutely incredulous! My company is taking their (BIG) business from Budget. There is absolutely no excuse for treating anyone like that.

  it was a great experience with responsive customer's service. it was smooth car hiring of 15 days at great price. A good different accent of language was a nice flavor as we all have our different accents.

  Spent 1 hour and 45 minutes just to reserve a car for 3 days and on-top of this they tried to contact more money out of me during this wait as 6 other customers were waiting to be helped and another 5 customers walked out. Bad, slow, unprofessional service. Your better off with Enterprise for aut rental needs despite them being a bit more expensive.

  Hertz provided me a car at a cheaper rate and with the EXACT same ID that budget would not accept along with exceptional customer service.
