  Once I purchased my items I approached the manager and told he that I never meet the sales associate before and that she had customer service. She merely fanned me off implying, "yea, right" . For that experience, I have this store 1 star.

  I said that's completely unfair considering Sale sign is still up. I told her I'm calling Head Office about this in all fairness the sale price should be honored. Sara who is the manager says well if head office says yes they will honor the sale then come back.

  Seen these really cute Owls sign says SALE 40%OFF at Urban Planet Shoppers World Brampton. I pick up 3 Owls I go to pay cashier who was completely rude to begin with when I mentioned the sale sign on display says to me Sale ended yesterday and has the sale sign taken down. I asked to speak with the manager and she says nope Sale ended yesterday.

  I have applied at shoppers world and BCC location never got a call. But I don't know if it's in my head but only skinny girls work at urban planet they never have thick girls. I have never seen 1. Which I don't really appreciate. Don't get me wrong thin girls are very pretty and all but it's not fair that since thick girls can't wear there clothes they probably won't hire people that won't look good in their clothes. Sorry just my opinion.

  Cashier must have been day dreaming when we asked her to include a top (which was not on promo) in our purchase. However, it was busy and mistakes happen-that's understandable. We called them back to ask them to place the item on hold, since it was the last one left (not even the correct size). Keep in mind it was June 30th. Staff transfered us over to the manager, who didn't even identify as the manager. Absolutely next to no customer service skills for a senior postion holder. Explained the circumstances to her, but she couldn't accommodate our request regardless of her staff's mistake. Gave us a #policy speech. Anyways, will be purchasing from another location from now onwards where staff is attentive and managers are considerate.

  While shopping one day I encountered a very lovely young lady. She had excellent customer service and was extremely polite. I did not intend to buy anything but because of the sales associate's great sales presence I end up purchasing three tops. I gave this store 1 star however because of the store manager. She is a short lady that previously had red hair but currently has brown almost ombre hair.

  Myself and the sales associate that was kind to me held a fairly long conversation. We talked about school, work, etc while I shopped around. Every so often the manager would check up on the lady and I which made me feel really uncomfortable. She even asked if we were friends. The manager went to the extend of asking the sales associate to go on a 10 minute break. Keep in mind I never meet this girl before ever in my life. It just so happens she was just easy to talk to.
