    It doesn’t help that general processes are completely outdated.

    Visited last Tuesday. It was a slow day with only one other person inside. Lauryn at the front information desk was super nice and helpful which is the total opposite of my expectations honestly, she's definitely improving the reputation of this place. Other staff members weren't not as polite/informative.

    If you could give negative stars this place deserves it. Horrible customer service combined with an archaic processing systems.

    Be prepared to wait like two hours just to make a payment on a fine. There was like 18 people waiting and they only had one window booth open. Unbelievable! !

    Frankly, this isn’t much different from any other government institution. I will say that there’s a select group of employees who at least try to be helpful, but the majority aren’t helpful, nor do they care.

    Couldnt pick up the phone if lives depended on it. 35 Minutes and counting trying to get a hold of someone.
