  Very disappointed with customer service. When they say we will call / contact you - they dont call/ contact. They only do something when you push them. Feels like there is no organization just a bunch of people that dont know anything and not responsible for anything.

  We came in to just look and figure out how much we’ll need to spend on our furtinure. That’s when we bumped into Karan! He was very relaxed, connected with us instantly and made shopping at Leon’s a breeze. He never pushed us into buying anything more than we needed. He laid out all of our options and made sure we left the store stress free. He has a welcoming and down to earth personality. Thanks Leons ans thanks Karan for all your help and support. You’re awesome sauce!

  When we purchased an item we were told that we can pick it up right away but if we want delivery it takes 5-6 weeks but usually it takes 2-3 weeks. When I contacted them after 2 weekes I was told that this item is not manufactured yet. ??? We finally got it after 7 weeks of waiting. 2 drawers turned up broken and now this is second week after delivery that we are waiting for replacement. Funny, representative told me today that items are ordered but asked me to confirm which items needs to be replaced. I am just wondering what did they ordered...
