  Great place, great staff and awesome coach! I am very new to this place and recently joined them after my free trail. I am so glad I joined them as these guys rock. No limits to the motivation. Coaches like Ty and Daniel are excellent! Highly, highly recommend them!

  Less than 1 star! My experience only 10 days in has been disappointing. The owner is holding me to 2 months sign up, not sure why? Oh wait, yes, because she only sees customers as how much money we wil give her, she lacks understanding that a customer is more than just money. Yes, we will share our experience! Customers experience holds a greater power than the dollar. A business that is desperate to hold me to two months after I cancelled, just for another months fees. Hope that money lasts you a lifetime because the way you run this franchise you won’t be very profitable. 10 days in I experienced a privacy breach for which I had to cancel my credit card, huge inconvenience! Signed up for unlimited classes, manager screwed up and signed me up for 8 sessions, I coudnt sign in for the 9th class, extreme inconvenience, even then I had to contact them to correct it! And today, I was denied entry because I was a few minutes late! Absolute no consideration given. I had to workout at my old gym! After paying over 200 dollars, what kind of gym doesn’t let you work out? Oh yes, the kind that cares about your money over your health. The response I got when I cancelled was that I am loosing out, hahaha had a big laugh! Still laughing at that response. Hopefully, the owner will learn and improve, till then I would not recommend a gym that won’t let you workout and be so careless with private information. Much better places out there.

  Tried it today for the first time! Yes it is pricey, however, great workout, great instructor - I loved it!

  Horrible experience with the owner of this franchise. Trainers are qualified and were motivating! Too many fees, read the fine print. You will pay a monthly fee and late or cancellation charges per class! Hold on to your other gym memberships because you can be denied entry to a class and will end up working out elsewhere! I know insane! Pay Orangetheory then go workout elsewhere! Lol. Front desk reception is a mess! Make sure to get a copy of your agreement on the spot! Honestly, just not worth the stress and headache. I spent more time correcting their errors and disputing the hypocritical rules than working out. They are focused more on getting your money than assisting you with your fitness! Truly felt hostage to their fees, absolute no convenience as with other gyms. For the money you pay I expected more. I get better service at the local community centre for $20! Save your money on this one! Sorry again to the trainers, they truly did their best to help the members working under this owner.
