    Let me start by saying that my husband and I buy shoes quite often. Not only for ourselves but we also like to give trendy shoes as gifts to colleagues and friends. For some reason there is a staff member there that wouldn't serve me. Acting snobby. And quite unprofessional. However after I got the shoes that I was buying as a gift thanks to another staff member that would serve me....it took a long long time to pay. Already at that location the staff is SLOW...but also that staff member that was snobby was putting people ahead of me even when the manager told her I was next. I don't know her name nor do I care to go back to that store. I love the brand but at this point I'm switching to a more welcoming/ FASTER SERVICE place.

    I buy shoes here quite often for myself and my family. There seems to be a lot of different staff members, so I never get the chance to see the same person twice. Having said that, I always seem to catch the more pleasant staff members. 4/5 stars, only because on more than one occasion, my shoe size hasn't been in stock. I reccomend calling to see if your size is in stock before you go, only if you know which shoes you want ahead of time.
