  From 24 hours to till 12 and now till 11:00, I tried to open door at 10:45 Door was looked, one gentleman said we closing in 10 minutes , if close at 11:00 Customers can enter store till 11:00 like WalMart not Cashier has to go home at 11:00

  Employee should ask manager for help if they have any issue or don't know codes and not make customer run around. Submitted so the system can be improved. Thanks Anna again for your help.

  I lived in the area last 10 Years, this used to be my Shopping destination, very convenient open 24 Hours, last couple years Store Starts to go down, Selves very Empty, I Complain to Head Office No positive response,

  Usually can find the items you're looking for. Prices are decent. Quick and efficient staff

  My suggestion to Management and Head office, Keep this store open 24 hours , as nothing in the area open 24 hours, open little late in the morning.

  Its good there is a wine shop too but till 8 pm i think and good customer service..

  Loved coming her after work since I work late. Not convienient for me anymore now that it closes at 11pm. I decided to pick up something quick today so i passed through. I forgot that the times had changed so I reached there at 10:54pm. Doors were already locked. Male associate came to the door and said they were closed. I let him know that there was 5 minutes late until closing. He then walked away and never came back. Two other customers came behind me and we waited until customers were leaving the store to unlock door.

  I went to.get salt for my driveway. There was a helper outside who loaded 2 bags of salt in my SUV. When I went to pay the dark color new employee told me to bring a bag of salt from outside as he was unaware of the code. I went and brought a bag and his line was full so I was told to go to customer service lane. As my turn was about to come she told me this lane is closed. The lady at customer service closed that lane and opened another lane behind her in 1 minute while I was waiting to speak to manager. Any how Anna, manager came and helped me out getting the 3 bags of salt paid. Again I had to bring my SUV to load the salt.

  Number one, doors shouldn't have been locked before closing time especially during a very recent change of time for store operation. Two, someone should be guarding the doors assisting customers to exit the store nearing closing time instead of them having to unlock the door.
